Summer Short Track series is back! Every Monday night, starting June 5th, The Mountain Works Bicycles & Blue Mountain Single Track Club (BMSTC) will host a FREE local race series that is open to all age groups. Come out for a fun night of riding at Mount Emily Recreation Area (MERA) on our quarter-mile course.

The race course is right near the main parking lot area of MERA. It features mellow rollers and banked turns that are fun for all ages. Our course is designed to help build basic skills and confidence for new riders. Balance bikes and younger riders do a single lap of the course and bigger kids + adults do multiple laps.

Our emphasis with this series is fun, building camaraderie, and getting the community together to have fun while riding their bikes!

Every Thursday, join Whitfield Hartz, who leads a group of riders from out to The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs via Foothill Road to watch a movie at the Theater & have a drink after. The group meets every time at 5 p.m. at the La Grande Sinclair gas station/shortstop near the green dinosaur.

Riders who are interested must bring a jacket, lights to see at night, and of course money for the movie & drinks. Gravel grade bikes are preferred for this route, but 30mm road tires can handle the gravel just fine.

Every Tuesday night, starting May 2nd. Learn the trails, some skills and hang out with some cool people. No drop, lots of fun. All skill levels invited to join. Our goal is have a group of women who enjoy the company, being out in nature, and want to have fun while riding.
